Strategic Expansions to Boost Capacity and Efficiency
The Vancouver facility will see a substantial increase in capacity with the installation of a fourth Surface Mount Technology (SMT) line, alongside advanced automation and material handling technologies. These upgrades include a Valuline Cleanroom and an Inovaxe Smart Storage Solution, which are expected to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and boost production output. The expansion is scheduled for full implementation by March 2025.
Meanwhile, the Ho Chi Minh City facility has added 8,000 square feet of space dedicated to assembly and box build operations. The site has also received key investments in SMT line enhancements, further strengthening Vexos’s ability to deliver high-quality manufacturing solutions.
