Koniag Government Services Appoints Dr. Eric Reyes as Chief Security Officer
Koniag Government Services (KGS) has announced the promotion of Dr. Eric J. Reyes to the role of Chief Security Officer (CSO).
In his new position, Dr. Reyes will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive security strategies across KGS’s portfolio of 21 companies. His responsibilities encompass overseeing enterprise security, risk management, and compliance initiatives to safeguard the organisation’s operations and support its continued growth.
Dr. Reyes brings over two decades of experience in federal law enforcement and security, having served with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Defense Security Service.
His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Human Capital Management, an M.S. and a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and completion of the Senior Executive Fellows program at Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
In 2023, Dr. Reyes was recognised as one of WashingtonExec’s “Top CISOs to Watch,” highlighting his leadership in developing a comprehensive security programme at KGS.
