TrueComp Appoints New CEO and CRO to Spearhead Next Phase of Growth
TrueComp, a leading provider of compensation intelligence solutions, has announced key leadership changes as it prepares for its next growth chapter. The company has appointed Paul D’Arcy as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and John Wallace as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), effective immediately.
D’Arcy, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in scaling data and SaaS businesses, succeeds Dan Harrison, who will transition to an advisory role after six years at the helm. Wallace, formerly Vice President of Sales, steps into the CRO position to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
“Paul’s deep expertise in data-driven businesses and his proven track record in scaling companies make him the ideal leader for TrueComp’s next phase,” said Harrison. “His vision aligns perfectly with our mission to revolutionise compensation intelligence.”
D’Arcy, who previously held leadership roles at Indeed, Simply Hired, and Moat, expressed enthusiasm about his new role. “TrueComp has built an impressive foundation in compensation analytics, and I’m excited to accelerate our growth,” he said. “With John’s leadership in revenue generation, we’re well-positioned to expand our impact in the market.”
Wallace, a sales strategist with over two decades of experience, emphasised the company’s potential. “TrueComp’s technology delivers unparalleled insights for businesses navigating complex compensation challenges,” he said. “I look forward to scaling our solutions to meet growing demand.”
The leadership shake-up comes as TrueComp continues to enhance its platform, which helps organisations benchmark pay structures and optimise talent strategies. Industry analysts suggest the appointments signal a push toward broader adoption of compensation intelligence tools in competitive labour markets.
