Join in Live announces sponsorship of the Football Writers’ Association
Join in Live today announces a new sponsorship partnership with the Football Writers’ Association (FWA), one of football’s most respected institutions.
Join In Live is an interactive audience engagement platform designed to make watching football more engaging for fans. It enables rights holders and broadcasters to add live interactive moments – such as polls, predictions, shopping and play-along quizzes – via Companion Mode (second-screen participation through a QR code) and also, on-screen overlays. The platform is designed to help partners increase engagement and retention, and provides data to better understand audiences and create new sponsorship opportunities.
The partnership was launched on the evening the FWA honoured Sarina Wiegman, one of the most successful managers ever in English football.
Michael Flynn, Chief Executive of Join in Live, said:
“We’re proud to support the FWA and to partner with an organisation that stands for quality, integrity and the very best of football writing. It was also a privilege to launch this partnership on the night the FWA honoured Sarina Wiegman – an outstanding leader and a remarkable manager whose success has raised standards across the English game.”
Paul McCarthy, Chief Executive of the FWA, said:
“We’re delighted to welcome Join in Live to our team of sponsors. Michael Flynn is a longstanding friend and supporter of the FWA, and it’s a real pleasure to have his latest venture with us. Join In Live is an innovative platform that looks set to make watching football even more entertaining for supporters, and we look forward to working together.”
